(If you have already downloaded the Workday app, you likely already have Microsoft Authenticator.) In order to securely use the Outlook app, you’ll also need to download Microsoft Authenticator, an app that allows you to confirm your identity when you are away from the UMMC network and allows you to securely log into your account. Within the app, you can securely send and receive email, manage your calendar, and update your contacts. While UMMC does not require our users to install email on mobile devices, if you choose to do so, you must do so through the app. The Outlook app is UMMC's solution for mobile email.
